In a former life I was a qualified accountant. I was extremely driven and I climbed the corporate ladder fast. I burnt the candle at both ends for many years. I thought this was normal. I honestly thought that my low energy and mood imbalances were just things I needed to battle through. Answer: There are 8 x 45 minute 1:1 consultations included in this programme however you will be able to schedule these so you can choose to go at your own pace. The rest of the programme content is self-led learning (pre-recorded videos and workbooks) and, on average, I would set aside 30 minutes a week for working through the exercises provided.

QUESTION: CAN I BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE UK?

Answer: Yes, you can be located anywhere in the UK. All our sessions are conducted via Zoom so all you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space where you won't be interrupted. The rest of the programme is hosted online so you can access the content from anywhere at any time.

QUESTION: WILL I GET RECORDINGS OF MY CONSULTATION CALLS?

Answer: Yes, if this is your preference. There is an option to record your 1:1 consultations so that you can refer back to them at any time. Many of my clients find this helpful as it saves them having to take notes during the sessions.

QUESTION: WILL THIS PROGRAM HELP ME IF I'VE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME OR POST-VIRAL FATIGUE?

Answer: Yes, all of the methods I share in this programme can help to support your symptoms if you have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) or post-viral fatigue.

QUESTION: I'M TAKING ANTI-DEPRESSANTS OR OTHER MEDICATIONS - WILL THIS PROGRAMME STILL WORK FOR ME?

Answer: Yes, this programme is a great complement and will provide you with a greater understanding of your emotions and some really helpful tools. Our work together may enable you to reduce or stop taking your medications (with your doctor's consent).

QUESTION: DO YOU WORK WITH MEN AS WELL AS WOMEN?

Answer: Yes, of course. This programme is equally suited to both men and women.

QUESTION: DO I HAVE TO GIVE UP ALL MY FAVOURITE FOODS?

Answer: In a word, no! I may suggest that you eat certain foods in moderation or cut out a food group for a short while if I feel this will help you to get better faster. However, all dietary recommendations are agreed between us and so you get the final say.

QUESTION: ARE THE FUNCTIONAL TESTS THAT ARE INCLUDED COMPLICATED TO DO?

Answer: No, both tests are very straightforward. The functional hormone test is a dried-urine and saliva test so the samples can be collected at home then posted back to the laboratory for analysis. A qualified nurse will visit you at home to collect your blood sample so all you need to do is book a time that works for you. I'll provide detailed test instructions to help you as well.

QUESTION: IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION?

Answer: Yes, there is an option to pay in 3 equal instalments or you can pay in full upfront to take advantage of the early payment discount of £100.00.

QUESTION: ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE?

Answer: Generally not, although its always worth checking with your health insurance provider as a small number of providers do cover nutritional therapy.

Answer: I'm afraid I don't offer any refunds for services I've already provided. There's absolutely no pressure to enrol in the programme after your free discovery call.
